Not sure about the exact proportions, but this salad is wonderfully crisp and refreshing. If you want spicy, add a little chili oil

Recipe Ingredients for Larb Gai Salad

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving, raw Cilantro
1 serving Green Onion
1 tbsp chopped(10 g) Shallots
1 oz Mint
1 fl oz Lime Juice
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 cup, chopped Cabbage

Recipe Directions for Larb Gai Salad

mince cooked chicken breast in food processor. chop cilantro, shallots, mint and green onion. Add to minced chicken. Toss with lime juice, fish sauce, dash of garlic and salt to taste. Serve with thinly sliced raw cabbage.
