Recipe Ingredients for Lara's Oatmeal Pancakes

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 cups lowfat yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Lara's Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Soak oats in yogurt overnight.

  2. Mix oats with all ingredients and cook in a non-stick pan sprayed with pam. Cook as you would pancakes.

  3. Enjoy!
