Recipe Ingredients for Lara Bar

3 Dates, Medjool
3 pieces Apricots, Dried
2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
2 tbsp Macadamia Nuts
2 tbsp Raw Walnuts
2 tbsp Chia Fresh Daily Fiber
1/4 cup Unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp Coconut (Unsweetened Organic)
2 tbsp Almond Butter (smooth)
5 Pitted Prunes

Recipe Directions for Lara Bar

Coursely chop nuts and apricots. Heat applesauce, flax seeds and nutbutter over low heat until smooth. Make a paste from prunes and dates in the food processor and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Line a 4x9 (or loaf pan) pan with wax paper sprayed with cooking spray. PRess mixture into pan and chill in fridge. Cut into 6 bars
