Sweet and spicy award-winning wings

Recipe Ingredients for Lance's Spicy Asian Wings

12 wing, bone removed Chicken, Wing
2 tbsp Brummel
1 teaspoon Pure Cane Sugar
2 tbsp Plum Sauce
6 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
1 serving Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lance's Spicy Asian Wings

Heat oven to 425, bake wings for 20 minutes. While chicken is baking, melt butter in saucepan, then dissolve brown sugar in melted butter. Remove from heat. Add soy sauce, plum sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar. Toss wings with sauce. Place wings back on baking sheet (or whatever you used to bake them) and drizzle any remaining sauce over wings. Broil wings for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy! ("Award-winning": in grad school we started an annual wing cook-off with friends. This was my husband's winning recipe. He won both "Best Tasting" and "Most Original." Being from Louisiana, he was sad he didn't get the third award - "Spiciest.")
