32 oz Lamb, Cubed For Stew Or Kabob (Leg And Shoulder)
1 large Onions
16 oz Potatoes Sliced
300 grams Gravy

Recipe Directions for Lancashire Hotpot

cook the cubed meat with the onions, once browned layer them with the potatoes in a cassarole dish pour over the gravy and cook in the oven for about 2 - 3 hours on gas mark 4 or 175oC serrve hot with seasonal vegetables.
