Recipe Ingredients for Lamb Stew

1 carrot
1 onion
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon garlic
3 potatoes, roasted
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup beef broth
500 grams lamb

Recipe Directions for Lamb Stew

  1. Brown meat

  2. Saute onion and garlic, then add wine

  3. Add above and carrots to a roasting pot

  4. Cook for 1.5 hours

  5. Let sit for 10 minutes

  6. Add roasted potatoes

  7. Melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in flour

  8. Whisk in broth slowly and heat till thick

  9. Pour gravy over meat and veggies

  10. Serve hot
