Recipe Ingredients for Lamb Stew from Olga's Healthy Choice

100 g Lamb, Loin
1 tbsp olive oil
100 g onion
4 g garlic
50 g rutabaga
100 g Leeks
50 g potatoes
30 g carrot
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch chili pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Lamb Stew from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. In a pan, spray some omega-3 oil and fry lamb meat for 5 minutes on high heat. Add sliced onion and leak and fry 5 minutes more and add garlic. Then pure olive oil, and other spices. Add some water and bring to boil. Then lower the heat and let it cook for about 2 and a half hour, till the lamb meats are well cooked. Then add flour and stir properly. Then add other vegetables and continue to cook stirring time to time for about half an hour.

  2. You may serve as lamb soup while boiling with much water with a nice crunch toasted whole grain bread.
