5 tbsp Butter
16 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup Peas, Green
3 shell Puff Pastry
1 large Onions

Recipe Directions for Lamb Pot Pie (Deconstructed)

  1. Make rouxe from flour and butter

  2. Saute onion

  3. Add stock and simmer

  4. Chop lamb to 1/2" or smaller cubes

  5. Add peas

  6. Cook pastry in oven
