Recipe Ingredients for Lamb patties

200 g Lamb (minced)
1/2 spring onion (very finely chopped)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/4 egg, lightly beaten
1/8 tsp olive oil (light spray)

  1. Mix ingredients except for oil.

  2. Form into patties.

  3. Spray pan with oil, fry patties until cooked.
