Recipe Ingredients for Lamb Koftas

500 g lamb, ground
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tblsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lamb Koftas

  1. Put Lam, Cumin, Coriander and Chilli(fresh or flakes) in a bowl and cobine well

  2. mould this meat mixture onto skewers

  3. cook on griddle pan
