Recipe Ingredients for Lamb Knuckle Curry

900 g Lamb Knuckle
200 g Onions
10 g Ginger
50 g Celery
125 g Mushrooms
200 g Green Beans
200 ml Buttermilk
5 garlic clove
750 ml Beef Stock

Recipe Directions for Lamb Knuckle Curry

  1. Brown Onions, Garlic and Ginger

  2. Add the lamb knuckles

  3. Mix in Beef Stock

  4. Simmer for 10min

  5. Add in fresh ingredients

  6. Simmer for 30min

  7. Add Buttermilk

  8. Cook for 60 to 90min on low heat

  9. Serve with freshly chopped corriandar
