Recipe Ingredients for Lamb Kebab

2 lb lamb, trimmed and cubed
1/4 c lime juice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp salt, kosher
2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Lamb Kebab

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag; shake well. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to four hours.

  2. String marinated cubes onto metal skewers. Barbeque or broil until meat tests done.

  3. Serve with saffron rice and grilled vegetables.
