Lamb kebab ,can be cooked on grill, in oven or bbq

Recipe Ingredients for lamb kebab

310 grams Lamb
1/2 cup, cubes Yam
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
0.5 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Paprika
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for lamb kebab

  1. Crash garlic and mix with olive oil and mix with the spices and herbs to make a marinade.

  2. Chop lamb steaks into 1" cubes and cover with marinade, leave for at least 1 hr.

  3. Cut onions into 8ths, dice pepper and sweet potato and combine with the marinaded lamb until coated with oil; and spices.

  4. Cook in oven at 200*C for 20 minutes or thread onto skewers and cook under gril or on bbq.
