A aromatic, spicy lamb curry, perfect with basmati rice, chapatti and salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Lamb Curry

3 oz Lamb, Cubed For Stew Or Kabob (Leg And Shoulder)
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 serving Black Mustard Seed
1 serving Indian Spices Garam Masala
1 oz Chilli
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 cup Recipe Ready Chopped Tomatoes
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lamb Curry

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the 1 tblspn of mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

  2. These will begin to pop. Once they do add the onions and 1 tblespn of tumeric.

  3. After 5 minutes add the lamb, chilli, tomatoes and garlic. Fry for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the tblespn of garam masala and water, and simmer until the lamb is tender and the liquid has reduced.
