160 grams Mushrooms
0.07 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tbsp Olive Oil
8 fl oz Wine, Table, Red
120 grams Port
0.33 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Lamb Casserole with Wine and Port

Gently fry vegetables (except mushrooms) then floured meat. Add wine, port and stock. Add mushrooms and salt. Cook in oven at 190 for about an hour.
