4 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1.75 oz Onions
1 oz Dill Relish
1 oz Sweet Relish
3 oz Egg, White
0.25 oz Frenchs Mustard Classic Yellow
2 oz Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lamar's Chicken Salad

  1. Grill chicken breast.

  2. Shred chicken in food processor. Put chicken in a bowl.

  3. Boil egg whites and chop.

  4. Add egg whites and the rest of ingredients to the bowl. Mix well.

  5. Put chicken mixture on bread and grill in skillet.
