Lake Of Lasagna Casserole Mixed Green Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Lake Of Lasagna Casserole

8 oz egg noodles
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 t onion powder
1 t garlic salt
1/4 t pepper
1 c cottage cheese
1 c fat free sour cream
1/4 c minced green onion
1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Lake Of Lasagna Casserole

  1. Place cooked noodles in a sprayed casserole dish. Cook

  2. beef in a large skillet til browned and crumbly; drain well.

  3. Add tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper;

  4. simmer 15 minutes. In a bowl, combine ricotta, sour cream,

  5. and green onion. Spoon over noodles. Top with beef

  6. mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 25

  7. min at 350.

  8. Serve mixed green salad with your favorite FF dressing.
