2.5 cups flour 1 tbsp salt, the same sugar 3 tbsp milk 0.5 cups oil 1 instant yeast

Recipe Ingredients for Lahmb'ajeen

120 grams Flora Sunflower Oil
600 grams McDougalls Plain Flour
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1.5 Serving(100 g) Beef
210 grams Onions
1 cup diced raw(66 g) Tomato
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Lahmb'ajeen

  1. mix the dough

  2. leave for 3 hours

  3. mix the meat & vegetables with the desired spices and salt and tomato paste.

  4. ball the dough, open each ball flat and cover with the mix, bake for 15 min. enjoy!
