Recipe Ingredients for LaDonna's Meatloaf

32 oz Beef
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
3/4 medium White Onion
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
4 oz Braum's quick eggs
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for LaDonna's Meatloaf

Preheat oven on 350. Dice onion and green pepper. In a large bowl, add thawed ground beef, diced vegetables, rotel (10 oz can), seasonings, ketchup and oats. Stir well. Blend in liquid eggs last. Turn out ingredients into a loaf pan or 8X8 baking dish. Shape loaf and place in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Makes 12 servings.
