Recipe Ingredients for Lactose free mac and cheese

2 cup elbow shaped Macaroni
4 slice Smart Beat Fat Free Slices
10 grams Flour, All Purpose
1 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 serving Pure Soya Margarine

Recipe Directions for Lactose free mac and cheese

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Heat margarine until melted over medium heat. Add flour and stir until incorporated. Add soy milk all at once. Stir until flour lumps are removed, and sauce is smooth. Add cheese and black pepper. Stir until cheese is melted. Add pasta & serve.
