Recipe Ingredients for Lactobacillus Yogurt Chicken Curry

100 grams yogurt
1/2 onion
2 tomato
1 potato
1 boiled egg
200 grams boneless chicken
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
15 grams cumin seeds
5 grams garlic
1 tsp garam masala
300 ml water
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lactobacillus Yogurt Chicken Curry

  1. beat the yogurt

  2. add the various powdered spices

  3. mix it all together

  4. add pieces of chicken to the yogurt mix and marinate for as long as you want

  5. boil an egg

  6. chop oinions finely

  7. chop tomatoes finely

  8. peel and cut the potato

  9. fry the onions and cumin seeds in olive oil

  10. cut green chilies and fry with the onion

  11. add tomatos after the onion changes colour

  12. mix it all constantly

  13. add the potato

  14. add the yogurt mixed with chicken

  15. add the boiled egg

  16. add the salt

  17. add the water

  18. pressure cook till its cooked
