Recipe Ingredients for Lacto-Primal Taco Salad

2 lbs ground beef 95% lean
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tomatoes
1 white onion
2 jalepeno peppers
1 tbsp dried cilantro leaves
3/4 cup Salsa
1 1/2 cup Cheese
6 cups lettuce

Recipe Directions for Lacto-Primal Taco Salad

  1. Mix ground beef with first seasonings and cook until browned

  2. cut tomatoes, onion, & jalepenos, mix together with cilantro & squeeze of lime
