Thai minced pork - could serve 4-6 as a starter or 2-3 as a main.

Recipe Ingredients for laarb

300 g pork mince
1 oz Chilli
1 fruit+2"+dia lime
4 tbsp+chopped shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 oz Asian Shake-Ons Chinese 5 Spice
2 tbs cilantro
80 g Lettuce, Looseleaf (leaf)

Recipe Directions for laarb

  1. Finely chop, garlic, shallots, chilli and fry off.

  2. Add mince, cook until browned

  3. Combine, sugar, lime, fish sauce and thai 7 spice, when all disolved add to pork mince, cook through for a few min. Stir in chopped cilantro.

  4. Serve in lettuce leafs.
