Recipe Ingredients for LAAB

20 oz Chicken, Breast, diced
6 tbsp Fish Sauce
3 tsp Ginger Root, grated
1/2 medium raw Onion Red , diced
1/4 cup Lime Juice
3 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
2 tbsp Cilantro
2 tbsp Mint
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for LAAB

  1. mix diced chicken, red onion, ginger,fish sauce,lime juice, and pepper. cook over high heat until done. add chopped cilantro, mnt ,and green onion. Serve
