Recipe Ingredients for Kyeranmari Kimbab

1 sheet Nori, 10 Sheets
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Rice, White, Glutinous, Cooked
25 grams Carrots
25 grams Radishes, Oriental
28 grams Ham, Sliced, Regular
1 serving Odeng, ~10g
20 grams Spinach
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
2 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Kyeranmari Kimbab

  1. Cook the rice. Season it with the salt and sesame oil.

  2. Spread the seasoned rice onto ~2/3 of the seaweed sheet.

  3. Add the ham, pickled radish (danmuji), carrots, odeng, spinach, etc in a line in the middle of the sheet.

  4. Roll the kimbab tightly.

  5. Beat 2 eggs & cook in a large omlette skillet with some oil. Wrap the egg sheet around the kimbab roll (should go around 2-3 times).

  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
