If you can't handle the spice leave out the hot pepper seeds. This is HOT but I love hot.

Recipe Ingredients for Kung POW Chicken

1 chicken breast
5 serving panda express kung pao sauce
1 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
86 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
98 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
7 grams Ginger Root
138 grams Water Chestnuts
8 grams Garlic
1 tsp The Original Pizza Peppers Crushed Chile Flakes
2 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
6 dried hot peppers

Recipe Directions for Kung POW Chicken

Marinate chicken in 1/2 of the kung pao sauce for at least 30 minutes. Chop onions, peppers, ginger, garlic and chestnuts. Heat one tablespoon of canola oil in fry pan or wok. Add the pepper seeds and remove from the heat immediately. Don't inhale the fumes, they are strong. Stir to keep from burning but let them toast. Then add marinated chicken and cook through. When the chicken is cooked add the chopped vegetables and remaining Kung pao sauce and brown sugar. Do not over boil but let thicken. Remove from heat and serve over brown rice.
