Kung Pao stir fry vegetable portions, to be paired with Kung Pao Stir Fry sauce. I listed them as separate because I use less sauce. You can use peanuts, as Kung Pao is fried with peanuts. I just sprinkle some on top. You can also serve with whatever meat you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Kung Pao Stir Fry

1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Scallions
2 clove garlic, chopped
1 c Sliced carrots
1 c Broccoli
1 c Sliced celery
1/2 c Sliced green pepper
10 dried red peppers, hot

Recipe Directions for Kung Pao Stir Fry

  1. Fry scallions with garlic in oil

  2. Add broccoli and cook until a little darker in color

  3. add the rest of the veggies and cook for just a minute or two before adding the sauce.

  4. thicken sauce and serve.
