Recipe Ingredients for Kung Pao

20 ounces boneless, skinless chicken
1 T cornstarch
1 t ground ginger
1 t crushed red pepper
3 T green onion
2 garlic cloves
2 T red wine vinegar
2 T soy sauce
2 t sugar

Recipe Directions for Kung Pao

Dice Chicken. Mix with corn starch. Cook in 2 t oil. Remove chicken, add green onion, garlic, ginger and red pepper. Stir and mix 30 seconds. Add vinegar, soy and sugar which have been mixed previously. Add chicken back and stir until coated.
