Matts Kung pao Chicken with special fried rice

Recipe Ingredients for Kung pao Chicken

150 g skinless chicken breast
2 tbs soya sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 clove garlic
25 g fresh ginger
25 ml sesame oil
1 tbs fish sauce
2 chili peppers
50 g red onion
200 g rice
50 g pork
100 g prawns
1 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Kung pao Chicken

  1. Cut chicken breasts into cubes

  2. In a bowel Mix soya sauce, sesame oil and sugar and marinade chicken for 1 hr.

  3. heat a wok and then add 2 tbp Oil. Fry chicken till 80% cooked.

  4. transfer to a bowl

  5. in wok add 2tbl oil and fry garlic till aromatic, add chopped chilli's, soya sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and boil for 2 mins. add cooke chicken and cook for a further 2 mins until cooked.

  6. meanwhile heat oil in pan. when hot add cooked rice, fry for 5 mins, then add soya sauce and fish sauce, add prawns and pork and cook for a further 2 mins.
