This serves about three people. That is, about three normal women or one normal woman and one hungry man. Or even one VERY ravenous girl...though, usually it serves 3.

Recipe Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken Awesomeness

12 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
4 oz Water
3 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 serving Peanut Oil

Recipe Directions for Kung Pao Chicken Awesomeness

  1. Steam rice and set aside.

  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.

  3. Saute in peanut oil (1 serving=1Tbs).

  4. Dice pepper and zucchini.

  5. Remove chicken and cook veggies in whatever leftover oil is in the pan.

  6. Add CHILI FLAKES (couldn't find them on here), water, soy sauce, and palm sugar.

  7. Allow new "sauce" to reduce. (~15 min.)
