Kumara (NZ tuberculous) and Garlic Puree

Recipe Ingredients for Kumara and Garlic Puree

2 serving Kumara
100 grams Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Kumara and Garlic Puree

  1. 1. Cook the kumara into boling water for about 20 minutes (it is easier if you cut it into little squares)

  2. 2. Once it's cooker, smash it with a fork.

  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pot, add the smashed kumara, the garlic, the milk and some salt.

  4. 4. Stir it really well.
