Dish of herbs, spinach and eggs, good for breakfast, appetizer or snack.

Recipe Ingredients for Kuku

8 ounce spinach
1 ounce dry dill
2 ounce fresh parsley
1 1/5 ounce fresh cilantro
4 green onions
2 clove garlic
6 eggs
2/3 cup water
1/3 t salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup dry grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Kuku

  1. Chop all fresh greens and garlic well in food processor.

  2. Mix all ingredients but parmesan cheese and oil.

  3. Coat hot oven-proof round 9-inch pan with oil or oil spray.

  4. Pour mixture in. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
