Formed as little cylinders(approximately 2 inches wide, 4 inches long)

Recipe Ingredients for Kroketi

2 potatoes, boiled, mashed
4 tbsp white flour
50 g breadcrumb
100 g salami, shredded
100 g feta cheese, shredded
1 egg, whole
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Kroketi

  1. We mix all these ingredients together.

  2. Than we form pieces of the mixture in a form of a cylinder(approximately 2 inches wide, 4 inches long)

  3. Next, we roll the cylinders in a mixture of another egg and breadcrumbs.

  4. And the last step is frying them the same way like we fry french fries.
