Very filling, and the kids love them!

Recipe Ingredients for Kristina's Whole Wheat Pancakes

2 cups whole wheat flour
3 egg whites
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Kristina's Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.

  2. Pour 4"-5" pancakes on griddle set to 315 degrees.

  3. Flip when bubbles begin to dissapear.

  4. Enjoy with sugar free syrup and natural peanut butter.
