Makes 10 servings



Mix dry ingredients, then mix wet ingredients separately. Gently mix together. Bake at 350 degrees in a bundt pan for approximately 40 minutes.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 T. butter
4 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cup flour
2 T. FAGE Total 0%

Recipe Directions for Kristina's Amazing Low-fat Banana Bread

In the future, I could try deleting all butter, and subbing in extra 2 T of greek yogurt. Others reported success doing this with apple sauce. Also could substitute 1/2 whole wheat flour or half rolled oats.
