1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoons Chocolate Chips

Recipe Directions for Krissy's Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside until needed.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add the olive oil, almond milk, and vanilla; stir to combine.

  3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop tablespoons of dough into your hands and then shape the dough ball into a flat disk, about -inch thick. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake the cookies for 5 minutes and then, using a flat spatula, press down the cookies to flatten them. Bake for another 2 minutes and then remove from the oven.
