Sounds weird, but this is the best healthy salad! I made it by playing around with another recipe, and I have loved it ever since...gotta try it to love it! Best served cold. You can also ad other things like slices of carrot, etc...into the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Krispy Cabbage Salad

1 cup chopped Red Cabbage
28 g rice krispies
1/2 cup Tofu, Firm
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Krispy Cabbage Salad

  1. Directions: Place cabbage, sesame oil, lemon, and tofu together. Stir on medium heat for 10 minutes.

  2. Take off of stove and pour in rice krispies, stir, ready to eat. Best served cold
