1 small apple, chopped
1 cup onion, sliced
3 cups kale, chopped
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Kris' Kale with onion and apples

  1. heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Saute onion and apple until soft and lightly browned.

  3. Add kale and stir until soft and bright green.

  4. Add cider vinegar and toss.

  5. Salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Also good with some chopped garlic added.

  7. Serves 2
