Recipe Ingredients for Kraut

1 head cabbage, finely chopped
1 lb bacon, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Kraut

  1. Cook bacon until extra crispy. Drain off half the grease.

  2. Toss in cabbage and stir together. Cook 20 minutes or until cabbage is cooked, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
