A hearty seafood salad, using inexpensive surimi.

Recipe Ingredients for Krab Salad

2 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 c Hellmans light mayonnaise
12 oz imitation crabmeat
1 stalk celery, sliced fine
1 green onion, sliced fine
2 c romaine lettuce, shredded
1 tsp dill weed
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Krab Salad

  1. Place all ingredients except lettuce in bowl.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Add lettuce and toss thoroughly.
