Recipe Ingredients for Kow Suey

53 ounces Chicken
2 ounces ginger
2 ounces garlic
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp turmeric
3 tsp salt
5 tbsp oil
12 ounces onions
70 ounces spaghetti
20 ounces mushroom
70 ounces coconut milk
18 eggs

Recipe Directions for Kow Suey

  1. Pour oil in a dish, Add ginger garlic pasteand onions. Add the diced chicken until almost done. Add mushroom. Add cayenne papper and turmeric. Add the coconuy milk.

  2. Sreve spaghetti, with spring onions, green chillies chopped. Deep fried garlic coriander and boiled eggs and red chillie flakes.
