6 small squash 1 med yellow onion 3 cloves garlic 2 cup plain low fat yogurt spices 200g minced lean beef 1 egg 1tsp dry mint

Recipe Ingredients for kosa bi laban

6 small squash
3 cloves garlic
1 medium yellow onion
2 cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
200 g minced lean beef
1 egg
1 tsp dry mint

Recipe Directions for kosa bi laban

  1. wash and empty the squash from inside

  2. saute the meat

  3. on the blender blend the yogurt with the egg, then bring to a boil an set aside until it cools off

  4. stuff the squash with the meat and bring to a boil after half way cooked add the squash to the cooked yogurt and let boil until all is cooked and the yogurt become thick

  5. if it becomes too thick add water from the cooked squash

  6. mince the garlic and add them on top of the mix with dry mint
