These are a great thing to have with apples sauce or a little bit of soy sauce. I forgot add fresh or ground ginger root to this to give it a unique tast. Salt and pepper to tast

Recipe Ingredients for Korean vegtable pancakes

200 g 2 cups shredded potato
150 g 1 cup shredded carrot
160 g 1 onion diced
9 g 3 cloves of garlic
66 g 2 eggs
125 g 1 cup flour
30 g 1/4 cup corn meal

Recipe Directions for Korean vegtable pancakes

  1. grate all the vegtables and place them on a plate

  2. whip up the egg and place all the vegtables in the bowl.

  3. mix all the dry ingredents seperatly and add them to the vegtable mix.

  4. make small cakes (12) and place them on a nonstick skillet no oil needed or use a small spray.

  5. brown on both sides and eat with apple sauce or soy sauce.
