Recipe Ingredients for Korean veggie pancak

100 g of small green onions
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 egg
2 cups water
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons red pepper powder
1 tablespoon of finely chopped green onion
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Korean veggie pancak

  1. Trim the small green onions and scallions and cut them into 4-inch lengths.
