Recipe Ingredients for Korean style Cold Cucumber Salad

2 cups cucumber, sliced julienne style
1 tsp serrano pepper, sliced thinly
1/2 cup red sweet bell pepper, sliced thinly
2 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups cold water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Korean style Cold Cucumber Salad

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix together cucumbers, peppers and green onion.

  2. In medium mixing bowl mix water, apple cider vinegar, sugar, soy sauce until sugar has dissolved. Pour over cucumber mixture. Top with sesame seeds.

  3. Chill in fridge for several hours.
