finely ground nuts, tea, milk for a smooth satisfying drink

Recipe Ingredients for Korean nut tea

5 gram walnut
3 gram pine nuts
3 gram peanuts
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup tea
1 t. sugar

Recipe Directions for Korean nut tea

  1. place and nuts in a blender.

  2. pulse until nuts are coarsely chopped

  3. remove 1/4 teaspoon and place in a coffee cup

  4. finely process remaining nuts, sugar and tea until smooth

  5. add milk and process

  6. heat until very warm

  7. pour into coffee cup

  8. top with coarse nuts
