Recipe Ingredients for Korean Mixed Vegetable Soup missing stock

2 tbsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 banana pepper, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 cup radish, diced
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe Directions for Korean Mixed Vegetable Soup missing stock

  1. Heat oil. When hot add garlic.

  2. When garlic is sizzling, add all other vegetables.

  3. Cook for a few minutes, coating all vegetables in oil.

  4. Add stock (any 6 cups vegetable stock you like) and soy sauce; bring to a boil.

  5. Bring to a simmer; simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

  6. Adjust seasonings and serve, garnished with sesame seeds.
