Recipe Ingredients for Korean Chicken Stew

2 chicken thigh
1 large potato
1 carrot
1 medium onion
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp ginger
15 ml Frank's Red Hot

Recipe Directions for Korean Chicken Stew

  1. Braise chicken thighs in a medium sized pan.

  2. Cube potato, carrot and onion and throw into pan with remaining ingredients.

  3. Let it stew for about 15 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

  4. Serve warm over rice.
