Recipe Ingredients for konjak stirfry base 1

3 serving Konjac shirataki Noodles
1 cup Chinese-Style Stirfry Blend
1 cup Spinach
1 cups Salad Garden Iceberg Lettuce Carrots and Red Cabbage
2 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
1 tbsp Regular Extra Crunchy
1 serving Light Chinese Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger Root
6 grams Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for konjak stirfry base 1

  1. In large wok or skillet, stirfry noodles and all veggies except spinach and lettuce.

  2. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce and ginger for sauce.

  3. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water or chicken broth and combine with soy sauce mixture.

  4. Pour over vegetables in pan and stir until reach desired thickness.

  5. Toss with cold shredded spinach and lettuce.
