my favourite Swedish treat, with a Splenda sub.

Recipe Ingredients for Kokosbollar

100 g margarine, room temperature
1/2 cup splenda
1 1/2 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp coffee
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for Kokosbollar

  1. Mix everything except coconut in a large bowl.

  2. Roll the 'dough' into balls.

  3. Roll the balls in coconut.

  4. Put in fridge for a few hours to harden them.
